I facilitated engaging learning activities that promoted children’s cognitive and social development while implementing consistent daily routines to provide structure and stability. I monitored behavior and used patience, skill, and positive behavior-modification techniques to encourage safe, respectful interactions among peers.

I supported individual learning needs through tailored activities and one-on-one attention, and collaborated with staff to develop age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards. I also maintained a clean, organized, and hazard-free classroom by sanitizing dishes, tabletops, toys, and frequently touched surfaces to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and families.

I managed livestock operations that included feeding, moving animals, and cleaning stalls, pens, and equipment while following safety-based protocols to build trust and properly break animals in for farm or performance requirements. I operated tractors, trucks, trailers, skid loaders, and various attachments to safely transport animals and equipment, and I supported livestock growth, feeding programs, production, and overall stock needs.

During the backgrounding phase, I cared for and managed weaned calves to prepare them for feedlot placement, collecting biological samples such as blood and fecal material for health and nutrition testing. I handled and processed samples by labeling and transferring them into test tubes for shipment to university research labs, while accurately recording and tracking animal weights, feed intake, health treatments, and sample data.

I also maintained clean, organized facilities in compliance with animal welfare and biosecurity guidelines, communicated with university partners to ensure accurate sample delivery and data reporting, and operated and maintained farm equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

I delivered food to consumers with a positive and friendly attitude, helping ensure a great consumer service experience. I accurately and efficiently handled both cash and card transactions while preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and food safety standards. I also maintained a clean and organized kitchen by regularly deep-cleaning equipment and surfaces to meet sanitation guidelines, and assisted With restocking supplies as well as setting up and taking down the food truck for daily operations.

I took customer orders and communicated clearly with both the chef and guests to ensure everyone’s needs were met in a timely and friendly manner. I worked directly with families and young children to prepare for the county fair, ensuring they had the resources and support they needed, while also helping coordinate fair setup, assisting with registration, answering questions from the public, and supporting county staff with event logistics and daily operations. In addition, I played a major role in managing social media by running accounts, creating flyers, and promoting events to increase community engagement. I also assisted in planning and executing community outreach programs to enhance public awareness of extension services and conducted research on agricultural trends to support the development of educational materials for local farmers and residents.
