Kelsey Machado

This job consists of growing, harvesting, preparation, and more. The preparation includes germinating and transplanting seeds. I will also make bouquets, centerpieces, garlands, wreaths among more things but I also help host events. We did a lot of build your own flower bouquet bars with the flower cart we operate as well as large weddings, markets, prom corsages and pins, funeral pieces, and more. I also have experience with caring for the farm animals we have in which photographers come and can incorporate them into their photo sessions as well as sunflower fields we annually do to be available to photography sessions as well. I hold great responsibility in maintaining crops and making sure the animals have what they need. Not only this, but also assisting the photographers with what they might need during their booked appointments and also making coffee for them if they'd like. We have also worked with clients to achieve their goals and visions for floral orders or wedding themes while also creating a proposal that will fit their budget well and delivering orders. I put in a considerable amount of effort, time, and love for the process and learning about the business aspects as well.

In relation, I also have a deep passion for the art of espresso. My grandpa asks for an espresso every morning and asks me to open shop! I even have a little tip jar in which makes me feel like im running a mini coffee shop simulation and instilled even more of a stronger bond and love for coffee. This has brought to my attention many of my positive attributes in the workplace such as:
