Volunteer Experience:

Embrace Abilities Board Chairperson- This is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in Ocean Springs, MS. Embrace Abilities promotes inclusion and acceptable for individuals with special needs and their families. My position of board chair consists of working alongside the founder of this non-profit to provide meaningful connections and empower families of children with different abilities. Events include, monthly meet-ups, parent ambassador meet-ups, birthday buddies, and coffee with caregivers. In addition, as an inclusion specialist, I volunteer to provide ongoing support and training regarding special education laws and IEP components to our members and the community.
