• Sell tickets and admission passes to guests, ensuring accuracy of transactions and maintaining proper cash handling procedures
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the zoo and water park, including attraction hours, pricing, and special events
• Assist with crowd control and queue management, ensuring that guests are properly spaced and lines move quickly and efficiently
• Scan tickets and verify admission passes, ensuring that guests have valid and appropriate tickets for their desired attractions
• Bag checking to ensure
• Assist with ticketing and admission-related issues, including refunds, exchanges, and guest complaints
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and cash transactions, ensuring that all accounting procedures are followed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, balancing of tills, and securing of equipment and cash at the end of the day
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with event set-up and clean-up, and general park maintenance tasks
• Serve as party captains that include setting up, break down and assisting party guests
• Provide service as cabana attendants including food & beverage service, upkeep and cleanliness of the area
