I have performed as a trainer in assembly from nearly the beginning of my career with NAL starting in 2014. I went on to become a shop floor trainer for some of the lines I have worked with previously including TG7A, U725, as well as others. Most recently I was recommended to become a CTO for my current supervisor, Susan King. I have worked diligently to improve my skills as a trainer and grow as an employee of NAL. I know that the work I perform contributes to the success of each employee and ultimately to the success of the company as a whole. I hope to find new opportunities to grow my skills and be able to contribute to better training processes.
