  • Analyzing oil and gas leases for the purpose of initial setup, payment processing, special obligation identification, mapping, and cross-referencing. Review plats and DOIs to reconcile wells. Identify and record pertinent lease provisions for internal referencing. Review lease expirations on an annual basis, to ensure leases remain held by production or fees are dispensed in a timely manner. Review and approve landman payment recommendations to guarantee payments are made for the appropriate amount and in the proper timeframe.
