I do X-ray and CT at Flowers Hospital. I work Monday-Thursday nights alternating 8 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts. I mainly do ER patients but also do inpatients for the hospital. I use a computed tomography scanner that generates cross sectional images of soft tissue and of the organs. I also use an X-ray portable machine for the patients who cannot easily maneuver. I also use an X-ray room that is located in the ER. It consists of a floating X-ray table, the X-ray tube and the wall Bucky. Making it very convenient for patients with multiple exams.
