  • I ran the School based health center in Pendleton, OR during the first year of employment with CRH. My responsibilities included inventory, ordering supplies, vaccines, scanning and indexing, reception, and all medical assistant duties. I would room patients for both the BH provider and PA-C. I helped students coordinate their schedules and provide resources beneficial to their unique individual circumstances. We would also teach different topics to the health classes during certain periods of the day.
  • Second year of employment I began working for our Chief medical officer as his CMA and soon after became the first clinic scribe, and assisted in training others. This included chaperoning visits for complex patients and assisting when needed.
  • I then advanced to the clinic float MA/scribe where my tasks included helping 5-6 providers, the BH LCSW, and their primary CMA’s. Duties included management of MAT patients, rooming/vitals, procedures, injections, prior authorizations, care coordination, case management, etc.
  • Lab experience includes managing vaccines and ensuring fridge temps remain in range, completing any and all CLIA waved testing, administering vaccines, completing inventory, inbox messages, working with Interpath, venipuncture, processing specimens, and more.
  • I have completed Epic Super user training for reception, scanning and indexing, and clinical. I have also completed super user training for ALERT (Oregon’s immunization record).
  • I am very flexible, eager to learn, and willing to help where needed and work with any provider or team.
