This was volunteer work as I plan to attend Northeast community college for Early Childhood Education. I learned to work under pressure . I learned how to communicate effectively with the other daycare workers and children. It is so important to have time management skills in balancing multiple tasks, such as helping plan activities and supervising the children and documenting their progress.
I have learned to plan activities for different aged children in a timely manner. We have to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all students. We lead engaging and interactive activities that promote spiritual growth and development. Lastly, we need to obtain flexibility and adaptability skills to meet the needs of the students and the program.
