Collaborated to identify and address behavioral inconsistencies, standardizing daily tasks to align with best practices and improve operational efficiency.
• Trained apprentices in chemical plant operations, covering equipment use, process monitoring, and safety protocols. Showed best practices, gave hands-on guidance, and assessed progress to ensure production standards. Promoted a supportive environment while upholding safety and operational rules.
• Served as the crew’s safety representative (CSR) for 18 months, conducting monthly safety meetings and monitoring team Safety & Health concerns, and observations. Managed crew safety projects, tracking progress to completion while coordinating with management and maintenance to ensure successful implementation.

Managed and operated a lawncare service, providing mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, and seasonal maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Oversaw scheduling, customer relations, and equipment maintenance while leading a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
