There is where I started on the 38 koppers flexo where I learned how to feed on a box machine after learning to feed I then learned to put on print plates and operate the back of the machine switching out paints and changing out knives and setting up for next job
I wanted to learn more so I moved to the finishing dept at liberty running what is called the haire a machine that is basically a giant stencil machine you lay the precision cut corrugated paper on the die board sending it through the haire and by the time it gets to the other side the corrugated paper is cut to the shape of the die board
From there I've learned to run the stitching machine the hot melt and the stitcher arm I have mastered my craft in finishing dept now I'm training everyone who comes to my department
I have learn to open up the CTI program and the PDE program i am also able to program data in manual finished jobs if not on lineup I'm able to upload even able to move jobs around in order to put another one in front to keep up a on time delivery status
