As a Head Coach or Store manager, I lead and developed a team of 15-25 people to run the retail store in Livermore, CA, just outside of San Francisco. As a Retail Field Ambassador it is my responsibility to conduct and facilitate training throughout the fleet on all things retail, such as customer service and selling culture, technology and policy and procedures. I participated in all store level responsibilities such as cash handling, opening and closing duties, cleaning, scheduling and operations, Hr related duties as well as direct communication to home office and corporate leaders.
