I’ve been an employee owner of my own business and I’ve managed my own farm so I think I have a very good understanding of what it takes to be a good worker and to be successful at running a business. I truly believe in the importance of good people, skills and customer service And being able to work with the diverse group of coworkers. Doing the job right is the only way wanting to be good at the job that I do is what motivates me the most. I feel like I can do any job because I’m willing to learn what is necessary to be good at the job. I also love working and staying busy.
