• Reviews multiple monitor boards and navigating equipment and lot tracking systems to understand and maximize multi-billion dollar tool utilization and product/operation prioritization. • Load wafer lots - Hot Box 1’s (HB1) onto Lit, Litho, Planar, Wet / Dry Etch and specialty tools when required
• Run Daily Quals on 1270/1272/1274 Specialty tool sets

• Central point of contact for internal and external clients to resolve customer related issues and inquiries.
• Process inbound inquiries from all Pegasus Solutions customers.
• Research, track, escalate, and resolve software based problems and issues as appropriate using state of the art tracking software.
• Support multiple Java, Oracle, Perl and Shell applications related to Central Reservation Services.
• Take ownership of production outages and interface with technical analysts and higher level technical resources to assist in resolution of system and software issues.
• Organize workflow within the Client Operational Support Department.
• Act as a resource for procedural and technical questions regarding software and Client Support standard procedures.
