- Security Forces Apprentice Course, This is a 65-day course that teaches security forces students basic military police functions, including missile security, convoy actions, capture and recovery of nuclear weapons, law enforcement and directing traffic. The course also teaches non lethal tactics, such as using pepper spray and pressure points on a body.
- Combat Ready Defender Course, 5 days of weapons drills, with 4 days of tactics focusing on Mounted, Dis-Mounted and Urban Operations preparing Defenders to respond to expeditionary situations. Training also includes mission preparation, an OPORD course, and fire control and threat-weapon training. It culminates with a Force-on-Force exercise to draw all skills together.,
