Ascertained property condition and prepared a detailed existing conditions report. Created markups for architectural floor plans and design specifications. Facilitated inspection and coordinated consultant schedules including, lead abatement, MEP, Structural and Civil Engineer.

Maintain ongoing communication with the design and construction team within the PACT program initiative for the full life cycle of over five development portfolios. Generate systems to impact the progression of projects, and increase productivity. Generate punch lists for contractors, and follow up on the progress to completion.
