I would field measure roof's, calculate material quantities, assist in writing roof specifications, perform plan takeoffs, and gather specifications from the builders exchange.
I would train and supervise the employees working with me while also filling any role that needs to be done such as the register, the grill, and or assembling the food. By the end of the night I would need to count our profits and give a percentage to the employer that hired us for the event while also figuring out the wages for each employee and have that all written down for the boss. At times I would serve at the restaurant as a front of the house server where I would take orders and conversate with the customers, while taking out all the food and drinks needed.
Assisted in removal of old roofing materials and debris to prepare for application of new roofing systems, while I also then assisted in Installing high-quality roofing systems.
