I started my career in the Construction Industry in 1984 as an Assistant Superintendent. Over the past few decades I've moved up the ladder, holding positions as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, Purchasing Agent and Contract Administrator. From 2003 to 2015 I served as the VP of Construction, as well as the Responsible Managing Officer, for a Private Developer overseeing all aspects of the Construction processes. I expect the best from everyone on my team and have a vast knowledge of the Industry that I'm willing to share in order to ensure that all can perform at their highest level.

2 Years 5 Months- Successfully constructed 2 multi-million dollar custom homes.

6 Years 7 Months- I had complete control of all aspects of Custom Home building for clients after they had homes designed for their own lots. Worked diligently with each client to make sure their finishes were chosen early on in the construction process to avoid delays in the future. 11 Years 11 Months- I left Southern California and moved to Bend after serving as the VP of Construction for 10+ years for a privately owned Developer. Our main focus was infill building which required customizing homes to take advantage of views and lot configurations.
