Built from the ground up a group that focused on buying Inventory for a set of dealers to let the front line Managers ie. Sales managers, Used car Managers, and General Sales Managers focus on the job of selling cars.. We utilized (back then) every outlet to buy from. Auctions, Banks and Credit Unions for REPOS and our connections in Iowa, Wisconsin, South dakota, Nebraska and Texas. We then got involved in the Wholesale side of the business, With that we were able to secure Used Car Inventory to re-market at Auction or hand place inventory to our close affiliated dealer partners. In 2015 I partnered up with a dealer that had a structure in place for facilitating Retail car Sales. With adding a few Banks and Credit Unions and some Add on Products to sell we were able to pick the low hanging fruit off the tree. We focused on sought after inventory and seasonal inventory.
