In October of 2021, I coordinated the move of the West Branch of DynaFire from Clearwater, FL to St Petersburg FL Which was extensive Here are just a few of the following duties:
● Worked with the realtor on the sale of the Clearwater property
● Determined the moving coverage needs
● Coordinated and confirmed with the management of all departments for moving to the new location
● Created a moving plan
● Assigned responsibilities to each department
● Helped create a working Floor plan for the new office with all department heads
● Transferred all utilities to the new location
● Worked with various vendors for the move to the new location(roll-up garage doors installation, card access, new office furniture, and general contractors)
● Coordinate with multiple departments for the best use of manpower (ex used in-house employees to perform painting of the interior of the building and our specialty department to install our IT system)
● Created a comprehensive checklist to ensure a smooth and efficient transition
