While at Keen I have supervised two buildings a 40,000 Sqft warehouse, office and retail. cost 8 Million and a 130,000 Sqft multi use 5 story with parking garage, retail and Restaurant on first and second. high end condos on third through fifth. Bio showers at an Egg facility in Platteville Colorado 2 million. and a couple of TI build outs 1 million or less.

While at Hy-Vee construction I was the only one onsite at all times. I did multiple projects ranging from gas stations 3 million price tag. To remodels in open stores price range 8-10 million. To brand new store price range 27-30 million. We did the last planner system with 6 week look outs. lean construct LCI member so keeping a tight budget was key. I had week meetings with the subcontractors and owners representation. Daily standup. Safety was a high priority especially when dealing with the public. I had to deal with city's and counties also state health. many public improvements were on these jobs.

With Brocon I did a lot of projects for the State Of Iowa at Camp Dodge and state building also Governors mansion and Fair grounds. also R and R property in West Des Moines and Des Moines. most our projects were under a million. With a lot of TI build outs. Also Built a flower shop in Clarion Iowa for the owner of Hagie Manufacturing. Did the press boxes for NBC/MSNBC for the 2000 Cacus on the roof of the Historical building.
