While at Hy-Vee construction I was the only one onsite at all times. I did multiple projects ranging from gas stations 3 million price tag. To remodels in open stores price range 8-10 million. To brand new store price range 27-30 million. We did the last planner system with 6 week look outs. lean construct LCI member so keeping a tight budget was key. I had week meetings with the subcontractors and owners representation. Daily standup. Safety was a high priority especially when dealing with the public. I had to deal with city's and counties also state health. many public improvements were on these jobs.
