Restructured an out dated party goods store rental company (with just 6 pieces of heavy equipment) of 48K gross profit into a full fleet heavy equipment rental company of $550K revenue benchmark (550K rev benchmark standard began 2018) with propane filling stations and estimate/excavation customer projects. operating over 1.6 million in equipment.

Designed & implemented standard operating procedures, company policies, revised out dated customer contracts created "in-house" credit account forms and Damage Waiver standard form/fees cleared with insurance carrier legal dept, file system, protecting both company and customer; for any damages, run time, at it's lowest cost.

Maintaining the repaired strong customer relationship with the restructured company for 9 years.

Company responsibilities: day to day administrative functions, opening/closing, phone inquiries, collect all payments, purchase all parts & maintenance & supplies, fuel, propane, new equipment & small engine tools.

Daily revise rentals delivery schedule to contracts, delivery and pick ups. Maintain compliance for state & federal, DOT, Dept. of Weights & Measure regulation.

Report sales tax, bill pay, cr. cd. & cash sales, type of machine sales growth, bookkeeping, prepare year end retention file box and all financial documents to accountant.

Customer responsibilities: complete all customer service: answer all phones calls, complete all contracts & damage waivers,

Provide verbatim contracts, damage waiver disclosures, and disclaimers; demonstrate and instruct on all heavy equipment. large and small, schedule all customers to calendar for our 40 PC. Fleet inventory, process their rental agreements, refill propane tanks. Cross-sell all unqualified operator rentals into estimate/job-sites. Prepare all job-site, house packages estimates, invoices, and oversee all subcontractors payroll.

Prep all equipment before and after rentals. Inspect fleet and determine damages, misuse, or ordinary wear upon return. Collect for any damages and lead the conversation with compassion and my banking training experience
