I helped connect the camp socially in many ways. I also tracked how everyone was doing, gave them helpful feedback, and helped them improve and reach their goals. I made sure the camp was a friendly place where everyone, no matter where they came from, felt welcome and could learn. I stayed updated on new golf tips and techniques and added them to our lessons to make things more fun and helpful for the campers. I also talked to parents, made sure to keep them updated on how their kids were doing, and took care of any issues that came up. Finally, I helped keep track of all the golf equipment so we never ran out of anything during practice or events

I help create a positive and encouraging environment, where gymnasts feel supported, confident, and motivated to learn! I worked closely with athletes of different ages and skill levels tracked to their progress and gave helpful feedback to help them improve and reach their goals. I made sure every gymnast felt welcome safe and comfortable while learning new skills!
