As CFO of Real Provisions, a direct-to-consumer jerky startup, I built the company’s financial foundation and shaped its pre-launch capital strategy. I developed comprehensive financial models and brand-level P&Ls, which supported a $300K seed raise at a $2M valuation. I created a subscription revenue strategy projecting $55K in monthly sales within six months of launch and $3.3M by 2027, while also establishing systems to streamline reporting and monitor performance. Additionally, I advised on tax credit opportunities for product development, ensuring the company is well-positioned for compliant and scalable growth.
As Director of Operations for the Financial Resource Training Center, I lead a team of seven Airmen in developing innovative tools, training programs, and solutions for the Air Force Financial Management career field, serving more than 13,000 personnel worldwide. I manage the Financial Innovations Collaboration Space, a hub with over 900 digital products that enhance efficiency and standardization across the enterprise. My role spans multi-national collaboration and presenting at Major Command–wide conferences, ensuring that the Center’s work not only drives day-to-day operational excellence but also shapes the future of financial management innovation across the Air Force.
One of four USAF finance officers chosen for competitive program. Selected by Apple Inc to work with the Finance Business Process Reengineering team innovating finance data software, testing for security, and improving overall process, as well as the World Wide Corporate Procurement team negotiating with suppliers, reviewing contracts, and optimizing operations. Developed and implemented a corporate process that streamlined >$10M in projects, and was used in decision briefings for the CFO. Created and led a Design Thinking course taught to team members from multiple countries to optimize problem solving skillsets. Coordinated a data exchange program that included 61 distribution centers worldwide, renegotiating $82B in contracts. Stood up first quarterly cost forum which accounted for critical areas including AI & IT development, identifying $314K in savings/avoidance in the first quarter.

Directed and executed $85M budget for multiple installations spanning two countries. Was the financial liaison between several Department of Defense agencies and primary Country Coordinator for all Department of Defense installations in Spain and Portugal, including Embassies and NATO bases.
