Kendall Suiter

* I am a second year apprentice going into my third year of my apprenticeship of a four year program.

* I have always worked well with others, on the jobsite and off the job,i find that a positive attitude toward the work i love to do is a big part of the work that i preform on a daily basis.

* with being in this trade being on time is everything to me and the others around me and being expected to produce good work at all times is a must that i uphold to the letter.

*I have always been great at picking up things on the fly, learning when its time to learn and listen, and what i've learned in the short time being in this trade is that every voice matters when getting things done,having and better understanding for the work that has to be done and also learning theres more than one way to do a certain task.

* i have worked for many companies in the past such as precision stone rigging, setting and welding structural precast i have also been on the structural side with ben-hur construction,and sentry steel both companies in nashville where ive been on highrises bolting up iron, or throwing deck, even hooking on iron.

* ive also worked with a smaller company doing metal pre-fab buildings ,building airport hangers.
