As part of/ the FS/QA team, I conduct sanitation checks,ensuring the HACCP and USDA regulations are strictly enforced. Providing technical expertise to track product from start to finish,and develop corrective actions when needed, I focus predominantly with the production new hire population as the tech responsible for ensuring the overall quality in their assigned areas through the management of regulatory ,company , and customer policies, programs and work instructions.

Responsible for reaching goals daily while learning how to operate all operational functions of the line. Responsible for training of new hire staff members and filling in for members of leadership in their absence.
