With 20 years of additional experience teaching subjects like dance and culinary arts to neurodivergent children and adults, I am motivated by the rewarding experience of celebrating and assisting misunderstood individuals discover their strengths as they navigate life's complexities. I have developed and implemented effective employee retainment programs, teaching staff the necessity of upholding ethical standards and setting healthy boundaries, to conducting assessments, and assisting families and caregivers with IEPs. Committed to ethics, integrity, and continuity of care, I am seeking a challenging and rewarding mid-level position in a future-focused, open-minded, and ethically-run healthcare organization. I am excited to keep learning from clients, caregivers, colleagues, and other disciplines to improve the field of ABA.
