I am a passionate Lead RBT with seven years of experience providing direct ABA services to individuals from infants to older adults in schools, private homes, and clinics. I hold an active RBT certification and completed a Master's of Science degree in ABA in February, 2024. I am working toward obtaining a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Consulting to help a range of ABA providers make meaningful changes that solve a host of challenges. With 20 years of additional experience teaching subjects like dance and culinary arts to neurodivergent children and adults, I am motivated by the rewarding experience of supporting individuals in discovering their strengths as they navigate life's complexities. I have experienced developing and implementing effective employee retainment plans, teaching staff the necessity of upholding ethical standards and setting healthy boundaries to conducting assessments, and assisting families and caregivers with IEPs. Committed to ethics, integrity, and continuity of care, I am seeking a challenging and rewarding mid-level position as Lead Therapist, Assistant Supervisor, Program Developer, Instructor/Trainer or a similar role in a reputable ABA organization. I am excited to keep learning from clients, caregivers, colleagues, and other disciplines to improve the field of ABA. I continue experiencing joy in supporting socially significant, positive progress for neurodivergent humans and their families.
