I have developed and implemented effective employee retainment programs, teaching staff the necessity of upholding ethical standards and setting healthy boundaries, to conducting assessments, and assisting families and caregivers with IEPs. Committed to ethics, integrity, and continuity of care, I am seeking a challenging and rewarding mid-level position in a future-focused, open-minded, and ethically-run healthcare organization.
