If the level of care was above my licensed level I would refer them to the appropriate staff member who could help them. Often checked with patients after the referral to assure they received proper treatment. Did this while following and referencing local, hospital and state policies and laws.
- Established and maintained professional relationships with other ambulance companies, hospital staff, emergency dispatch, local and state fire departments, local law enforcement officials, care facility staff and the individuals and families of Butte and Colusa counties (estimated population of 208,000 people).
