· Perform daily mortgage compliance reviews and tasks based on business line
· Coordinate foreclosure proceedings/postponements with foreclosure attorneys and exchange borrower account information with paralegals via secure email.
· Great ability to review titles, identify items needing to be addressed on the title (conditioning the title), and push it back out to get those items addressed/issues cleared to proceed.
· Working knowledge of banking regulations, policies, compliance, and procedures following Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Fair Credit Reporting, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Service-Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA) guidelines
