Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Engineering Projects: W2 (Contract) Lead and oversee advanced engineering projects, including the development and implementation of the world's third 48-volt alternator.
  Drive innovation and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Complete life-cycle with contract negotiations, vendor agreements, quality control, marketing, and product pod cast development.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for Elevate.
  Monitor and track project progress against milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. Start to finish Agile methodology including, SOW, contract management/negotiation, data migration while utilizing cross functional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development:Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure features for our payment system SaaS platform using Agile Methodology. Create technical design documents and architecture, collaborate with PM, designers, stakeholders, QA and maintenance, document sharing, and deployment.
  

• Manage day to day operational support of 6k employees.

• Program Director for all new support contracts.

• Manage Global Support Center for 11k internal employees as well as IT PMO.

• I was contracted to merge five recently acquired companies into one Global support center.

• Create and support GE.Power.com using Six Sigma. Six Sigma certification.
