Stripped plywood panels after concrete had dried. Removed concrete from 4' by 8'-12' plywood panels. Carried panels and placed neatly in a stack (up to dozens per stack). Helped clean up construction site at the end of the shift.

Summer of 2022 I used a riding mower to mow 2 of my dads properties each having one acre of grass.

Summer of 2023 I laid bark on the properties surrounding the houses.

• Maintained grounds by trimming, weeding, and general clean-up.
• Removed weeds, hazards, and debris from common pathways to improve usability.
• Improved yard efficiency by organizing tools and equipment for easy access and optimal workflow.
• Mowed lawns using self-propelled and riding mowers.

My dad owned 5 rental properties that required maintenance. My job was to pressure wash the wood siding, wood deck, concrete driveways, concrete pathways and patios back to exceptional condition.
