Kendrick White

I am a Human Resource Management major with strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills that I gained through academic and extracurricular involvement. I am currently serving as Vice President of Brotherhood on my campus, where I coordinate events, promote collaboration, and help strengthen student engagement within the organization. Since August 2024, I have worked as a Storm Spotter student assistant, gaining experience in responsibility, organization, and adaptability while supporting campus safety initiatives. I am also an active member of the MMA Club, which I have developed discipline, focus, and perseverance that translate into professional settings. I value teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to create inclusive environments where individuals can thrive. When I graduate, my goal is to secure a human resources position where I can provide meaningful contributions and continue to grow as a professional.
