  • Planned, designed, and managed an International Youth Leadership Program. This program promoted citizen diplomacy and cultural understanding, by encouraging students to collaborate and generate solutions to real world problems. This program was operated under limited budget and run almost entirely by volunteers from all professional venues, and superior educational institutions. The program brought 145 students from countries such as China, Pakistan, Japan, Ecuador, and cities from all around the United States.
  • Connected cities such as Guayaquil and Houston to encourage cultural and educational exchange, medical assistance, tourism, art, commercial trade opportunities and good will. During a period of 4 years, $23,000 was raised and sent to Ecuador as a result of the emergency response efforts made by the organization. 4 local Houston organizations were connected to their counterparts in Guayaquil, Ecuador to collaborate efforts to generate knowledge exchange such as the food banks, fire departments, Rice University and ESPOL, The Jones School of Business and ESPAE, and University of Houston and ESPAE.
  • Fostered citizen diplomacy to coordinate the first courtesy visit from Cynthia Viteri, Mayor of Guayaquil to Sylvester Turner, Mayor of Houston.
