The leader of the Autoweb Retail Team, I crafted strategy and led a sales team into a new retail division for a newly acquired advertising platform. I had direct oversight for sales and account management teams. I traveled extensively, nationally to train, motivate, and coordinate field sales rep activity. I successfully implemented a nationwide retail strategy for the Autoweb program. I improved retention to the point where my success was touted on the CEO earnings calls as a high mark for the company. This was a result of my development of C-level relationships with major strategic accounts.
