Supported Meals on Wheels of Mercer County through varying key tasks. Delivered 10-26 meals and additional resources for clients within the Mercer County area daily. Assigned over 22 routes to volunteers daily. Packaged over 750+ emergency meals for individual participants in a day. Updated contact information for volunteers and participants in Meals on Wheels Database. Distributed flyers and information about Paws for our Cause Walk to local Mercer businesses.
Operate POS System, including the proper handling of cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, and redeemed discount tickets, passes, and coupons. Ensure tickets are sold following the MPAA rating system and company policy. Operate, prepare, and clean all concession-related equipment. Comply with all local, state, and federal safety laws. Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats in the auditorium. Clean auditoriums at the end of scheduled shows and maintain clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways, and other areas outside of the auditorium.
Represented the organization in person at events, and community gatherings. Operated and handled large crowds and communicated with diverse groups. Part of the Block Supported Initiative which assisted in creating shared pride, respect, and responsibility in Camden neighborhoods.
Bonner Scholar The College of New Jersey August 2022 - Current
Committed 750+ hours of service to the Mercer County area and beyond. Coordinates meetings with other Bonner Scholars, Advisors, and Community Partners. Organizes semesterly Awareness events for Meals on Wheels of Mercer County. Presented on issues discussing Urban Environmental Hazards in Trenton and resources to combat them. Drives a 16-passenger van to transport others to service. Works directly with Meals on Wheels to deliver five days a week to homebound seniors in Trenton and learn more about food insecurity. Spends time at other organizations such as TASK to serve hot and cold meals to the public.

Presented as a leader to a club of 30+ members and organized all general and executive board meetings. Set up and planned six major events with a range of 30+ to 175+ participants in attendance. Met with the college and attended meetings regarding student organizations. Did leadership workshops to build on leadership skills. Planned and kept the treasury of the club. Took members on team-building outings to off-campus events.
