Summary

Founder & Medical Director of TPMG's first TMS program in California, spearheading comprehensive development of all program operations, quality and safety, staffing and training, metrics and risk management for this new service. In March, 2024, I revamped Oakland's TMS program, resulting in immediate and sustained improvements in performance and cost savings, increasing productivity by nearly 70%, reducing external referrals by more than 50%.
