Comstock National Transit successfully performed under a $123 million systems subcontract for the installation and testing of the Overhead Catenary System (OCS), Traction Power Substation (TPSS), Signal System, and Communications system. Ken served as the Safety Manager for LKCTN’s work, with responsibility for all aspects of construction safety, including working safely in underground stations, conducting crew inspections and accident injury investigations. In addition, Ken performed safety training in Fall Protection, Confined Space, Silica Awareness, and Site Safety Orientation.
