  • Developed mentoring collaborative with three community-based youth organizations, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Heart and Hand Center, and Struggle of Love, to identify resources and better equip these organizations to support their students with Career and College Mentoring
  • Partnered with senior leadership to create three training programs and all curriculum to be delivered virtually and in person to double number of students of color with access to career coaching/mentorship in DPS school district, which serves 90,000 students, 75% of whom are BIPOC
