As a team member of the accounting department my daily tasks involved working with staff to conduct business outside the dealership.

• Collect and sort all outbound mail and apply appropriate postage and deliver to USPS.
• Collect and sort all inbound mail from USPS and deliver to dealership departments.
• Deliver customer sales and lease contracts to financial institutions for loan processing.
• Deposit customer and vendor certified checks and cash to dealership bank accounts.
• Deliver new and pre-owned vehicle title transfer applications to DMV for processing.
• Process new vehicle registrations and plates from County Assessor dealer services.
• Various assigned duties as needed by dealership owners and department management.
