- Replace 36” Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) at bridge crossing.. Trench, Shore and remove existing . Dig til solid lay perf rock then Culvert pipe. The slurry top prevents floating. Lay base compact . typical 3” asphalt.
- Scheduled and monitored all aspects of excavation, removal and replacement of culvert under bridge and asphalt overlay.

- Over-ex remove, condition and compact 50,000cuyd for dam face. compacted face cut
- 10,000cuyd for new concrete spillway. 500’ concrete spillway with foundation sills 8’ deep 6’ wide with #5 rebar. Sills were placed 20’apart in between spillway panels.
- Adjacent to the dam face was a 12,000 cuyd slide we repaired 2 :1 At the toe of the slide we excavated the keyway with 100’ of ADS perforated drain pipe. Then connected 75’ of
- SP80 solid pipe dumping into the existing stream. All drain pipes and connections per plan. Scheduled and attended all inspections. RFI’s and submittals as occurred.

8 Months- Safe on time on Budget. Challenging TI of 1970’s 3,000sqft fire house. The firehouse was acquired by UCLA Housing to be converted into commercial laundry supporting the conference center. Budget $900k.
- To accommodate the commercial use of utilities, plumbing electrical and structural all had to be retrofitted. In summary we kept the exterior shell of the Firehouse and squeezed a commercial laundry facility inside. Exterior appeared Tutor and rustic while inside was a humming facility servicing 250 room conference center. Did I forget to say this all took place at Lake Arrowhead.......

- This project, the company, Dineen was a sub- contractor which i owned, and supplier to Yeager construction
- Supplied all grading, roadbase class II material and compaction Worked with Yeager crew for all drainage dig outs and placement of Old Castle, pour in place drain inlets traffic rated. All components per Cal Trans spec and schedule.
- In addition, we recycled crushed concrete and delivered all our own products . The only out source is the rock crushing.
- We operated all our own heavy equipment. 980 and 972 wheel loaders. D-8 Dozer , 14F motorgrader. Rented excavators with hammers for breaking rock. Dineen supplied 100,000 tons of class II material to Cal Trans contractor
- Yeager for the Hwy 210 project. The sub base consisted of ClassII CMB. Compaction was completed in 8” lifts. All inspections per CAL-Trans..
