Responsible for instilling a safety-first mentality within the M&L area and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost time. This role involves performing incident investigations including the root cause analysis and developing the appropriate corrective actions and providing and coordinating safety training of employees. Asist the M&L department develop safe work procedures, task hazards analysis. Review and provide the M&L department with safety corrections to all Standing Operating Procedures (SOP). Perform safety inspections of all worksites providing a detail report of all safety observations to the M&L management staff. Entering all accident and incident in the company’s INTLEX system.

Responsible for the development of the quality control program and Safety program for HWAD. Performing internal audits of all accountability logs and physical counts of munitions set for demil, reporting any discrepancies to the M&L management. Inspection of all Bureau of Alcohol, Tabacco, and Firearms (BATF) storage magazines and worksites for compliance with BATF regulations. Production Supervisor Responsible for the supervision of munitions handlers, munitions destroyers, and munitions controllers. Oversee various demilitarization process ensuring that all process ran safely and in accordance with the SOP and stayed compliant with all Army, OSHA, BATF regulations.

Quality Assurance Responsible for performing audits of production lines demiling munitions reporting any discrepancies to the M&L management. Inspection of all storage magazines to include all Bureau of Alcohol, Tabacco, and Firearms (BATF) storage magazines and worksites for compliance with BATF regulations.
