• Works with business units, engineering, and IT infrastructure teams to design and build MES recipes and application integrations to align with business objectives.

• Experience with equipment integration and shop floor systems

• Support site critical MES enhancement projects, including hardware upgrade, process streamline, architecture upgrade, recipe delivery, and testing coordination.

• Follow the Computerized Systems Validation process and Software Lifecycle (SLC) methodology to build and qualify/validate systems.

• Local administrator for several key digital business systems managing electronic data and execution.

• Experience with POMSnet recipe and base data update/creation

• Contribute to the completion of projects, develop plans for own proiects and leads small proiect teams.

• Support data strategy initiatives related to Manufacturing Systems including the use of advanced data analytics tools.

• Generate and develop standard operating procedures and system support.

• Collect recommendations for changes in configuration for digital business systems and partner with Pfizer digital as applicable to make changes.

• Proactively manage the production environment execution system and take preventative actions/ measures to avoid and address incidents impacting the business

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define business requirements and system goals

• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

• Provide input and ownership into the strategic road maps related to Operational Technology

• Ensure operational readiness with flawless launch of new systems, technologies, and services into production
