  • I current teach new hire training which includes: Saleland, H2S, Forklift training, First Aid CPR, Confined space training. Also all Contractor Safety training for companied ATES works for. Enhanced workplace safety by conducting regular inspections and identifying potential hazards.
  • I obtain any safety gear or tools for fleet. Reduced accident rates through implementation of effective safety training programs for employees.
  • I also do a lot drug testing and incident investigation. Any time men in field are injured I access situation and get them to medical help if that is needed. Facilitated open lines of communication between employees and management regarding HSE concerns, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Field observations are a monthly requirement. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, ensuring company-wide adherence to guidelines.
