- Work phone line assisting and providing property owners with Trespass Arrest Authorizations regarding expiration dates and renewals through email
- Filing the Authorization forms on Microsoft Excel to then file physical copies to different departments within the division with efficiency and under pressure
- Work with Law Enforcement Detectives to answer victim concerns on a variety of cases either that being at a front window or via phone to then gather enough information to either direct victims to a solution myself or be of assistance to a Detective if a further investigation is needed
- Working at the window entails listening to victims questions, directing victims to legal help, and deescalating situations regarding victims that may be experiencing emotional distress
- Patrolling as a Volunteer Community Police strengthened my relationship with the community by being able to patrol local shopping centers within the Jurisdiction of the Mission Division by reporting back to law enforcement regarding citizens that require basic help in traffic accidents and assist Officers finding recently reported missing people
