- General Foreman operator overseeing 10 employees to meet project demands.
- Overseeing multiple subcontractors and organizing lane closures with safe-shield while engaging with law enforcement as well.
- Organized lay down yard from scratch in go area using fabric and 21A stone to set up equipment, tools and etc.
- Saw guy cuts a 20x14 slab out the interstate into 12 sections. He use water with saw cuts so we had slurry cleanup.
- Following day slab removal. I use skid steer with jack hammer attachment to remove a section so I could remove the rest with excavator and load in dump trucks.
- Slab pour next. I exit the excavator assemble the screed, give concrete guys the thumbs up and i operate the screed to finish slab.
- Then we assist the paving and millings crew. I had 2 Roscoe brooms going and a skid steer scooping the millings dumping in the loader bucket then dumping in dump trucks.
- After the slabs & paving we have to remove all equipment from rent and remove all materials from lay down yard and make it look like before using D4 John Deer Dozer and 655 Komatsu Motor- grader.
- Im operating the motor grader to complete shoulder reconstruction task as well to fill in with 21b then roll with compact roller.
- I also had to transport equipment between job locations using truck and trailer.

- My duties at Hampton Roads Tunnel was to oversee Seaward Sub contractors and provide them with all the material they needed such as crane mats, triples, doubles, headers to build trestle.
- If they needed any abutments dug out and anything sloped 2;1 I was the operator.
- Carried out all duties with multiple equipment such as 320 Excavator, Kalmar 30 ton forklift, 938 Cat loader
- If any anchor bolts on the caps were wrong I had to use manlift to get on caps to cut off with torch or grinding wheels and use hammer drill to create new hole to relocate and re-grout anchor bolt to position. Then place sole plates, washer and nut.
- I built Bay Ave yard, cut trees then used wood chipper. Graded area with D4 dozer. Covered area with Geotex fabric to spread 21b stone to 8 inches thick. Graded stone then compacted it with Cat roller. I expanded that yard as well. I was the Foreman of that yard I organized all materials on the yard.
- I hauled materials and equipment on trailer pulled with any vehicle to multiple locations.
- Had to rig multiple pieces of steel with crane.
- Kept up environmental standards such as keeping debris out wetlands and maintaining silk fence.
