Trained and experienced and all phases of commercial roofing, including removal of old roofing and installation of new roofing, as well as all aspects of loading and unloading materials with cranes and forklift equipment. Reading blueprints, setting up and maintaining safety equipment, material handling, organizing, and housekeeping on the roof as well as job sites. As a senior member I was responsible for directing the rest of the crew at times when the foreman was not available and keeping the projects moving in a positive direction.

As foreman there were many tasks to be responsible for. Including but not limited to. Setting up safety at the beginning of each job as per OSHA regulations and maintained safety throughout the duration of projects. Managing crews of roofers of varying sizes on projects small and large. Installing roofing to manufacturers warranty specifications.

Responsible for loading and unloading of materials with cranes annd forklift equipment reading blueprints, daily inventory, keeping equipment maintained and in good working order, as well as troubleshooting and fixing any problems that arise, housekeeping, and keeping projects on time and running smoothly.

Involved in all phases of maintenance and landscaping at this 100+ apartment complex.

Duties included mowing lawns, raking, snow removal. Painting, drywall repairs, plumbing, light electrical, and carpentry.

Also using best practices and judgement to accommodate and help any and all resident requests from young to old.
