• Quality inspector for the workmanship of incoming complex circuit cards for meeting IPC-A-610 & J-STD class-3 requirements, Function and Atmospheric testing.

• Started as Lead and supervisor of in-house production of electrical harness and cabling and then transferred to a Quality Inspector of all, electrical harness, cabling, circuit card and machined and coated materials during all phases of the manufacturing processes as operations and throughput inspector.
• Managed the Quality restricted and dispositions areas and maintained the labeling, coding and logs for materials in these areas.
• Quality representative of the MRB team alongside Procurement and Engineering.
• Extensive Knowledge in the manufacturing of automotive and EV (HV & LV) electrical harnesses using mechanical, automated and hand tooling methods.

• Owned the design and implementation of an automated harness testing platform, using CIRRIS 1100H scanner and easy wire software. The platform would test complex wiring harnesses of up to XX connectors and XXXX conductors and work closely with the CIRRIS team.
• Designed and implemented a tooling for terminal crimp pull force compliance and tooling die validation. Also developed a method to measure terminal crimp height to confirm compliance of manufacturer specifications and to validate the dies of terminal crimp tooling.
