- On the eve of shutdown for the Cedar City plant I maintained Lean Manufacturing principles, designed and implemented the layout for the new facility in Salt Lake City, while keeping operations running smoothly in the Cedar City plant
- Using standard EHS principles and gaining employee buy-in through training and incentives, lowered the LTI and recordable incidents by half by the end of the first year.
