  • Supervised team of 12 staff members hand in hand with my direct supervisors. our bank branch was awarded best branch in service delivery and i scored highest score country wide voted by customer for best operations manager.

I and my branch manager started a system where we made sure we rotated staff from front office to back office so they were all rounded to answer customer queries on any part of branch operation. this was done quarterly and in due time it was adopted country wide by the bank in 2019.
