My main job was Horizontal Construction Engineering. In other words we helped build roads or any other projects assigned to us. In other words we helped build roads or any other projects assigned to us. As an engineer in my company we had the opportunity to operate different types of heavy equipment. That way we could accomplish any projects assigned to us, using a blueprint that was provided during each project •Equipment that we’ve been trained on in order to accomplished the job; -Dump trucks. -Backhoe. -Excavator. -Bulldozer. -Loader. -Wheel tractor-scraper. -Road roller

As a Converting operator, I was in charge of setting up the equipment for the different types of job assigned to us. every job was required to have the customers or clients request. In some jobs was required to do troubleshooting, making sure that the packaging wasn't getting out of the specifications. Every job had to be inspected, measured and tested according to the AQL.

Converting Operator

• 6 months training in Clara-Ireland and 2 weeks doing validation in Waterline-Switzerland.
• Make sure work order was correct and verify with the planner that all required materials and tooling were available.
• Log into EBR (Electronic Batch Record) and verify that it matches the work order envelope.
• Enter correct parameters in SCADA according to the materials utilized.
• Set up machine in accordance to clients specifications.
• Measure and take samples of the final product.
• Trouble shoot when the machine stops working and if not able to fix the problem contact Maintenance and Engineer.

General Operator- Medical Packaging

• Help Machine Operator with set up.
• Perform Burst Test and Tensile Test.
• Inspect, pack and label final product.

• Inventory when required
• Boxing
